These terms apply to every person who creates an account on cbtfexchange.asia. Access is available only where local law permits. By completing registration, you confirm that participation is lawful in the jurisdiction you are operating from.

We may update terms at any time, but material changes are communicated to active account holders by email or in-platform alert before the effective date. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you believe a clause has been applied incorrectly to your account, raise the matter with our support team by email. We will review the application of that clause and provide a written response within five working days of receiving your query.

Deposits and withdrawals via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are subject to the payment-specific clauses in this document as well as NPCI guidelines. Processing times and limits described in those clauses reflect current network conditions and may change.

Account records are kept for the minimum period required by applicable law. Where an open dispute exists, retention continues until the matter is resolved. You may request confirmation of the retention period applicable to your specific data by contacting support.

Submit a written request to our support email identifying the data you wish corrected or deleted. We will act on valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law and confirm completion once the change has been made to your account record.

Disputes are first addressed through our internal review process — contact support to open a formal query. If internal resolution is not reached, the applicable governing law and jurisdiction are stated in the dispute-resolution clause of this document.
